TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

I started my training at Metanoia Psychotherapy Training Institute in London in 1987, and completed my Gestalt Psychotherapy Diploma in 1992. I have been seeing clients since 1988 in private practice and worked as a psychotherapist in the NHS from 2000-2008.

I have maintained my professional competence through ongoing supervision and by attending courses with leading practitioners including trainings in couples work and professional supervision (Certificate in Supervision, Centre for Supervision & Team Development)

In 2003/4 I attended a year’s training in Systemic Constellations Work with Constellations Work Trainings, and I include systemic thinking in my approach.

I am a registered member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the Gestalt Psychotherapy & Training Institute (GPTI) and subscribe to their Codes of Ethics and Professional Practice.
